Kevin Zimmerman – President
Kevin Zimmerman grew up in Alhambra, Ca. He trained locally at a reputable plumbing shop in the South Pasadena area and attended L.A. Trade Tech. However, he started taking everything apart and putting it back together at the age of 2 years old. He had a knack for mechanics and continued perfecting his plumbing skills throughout his early 20’s.
After meeting and marrying Linda Young of Pasadena in 1985 they settled in Monrovia where Arroyo Plumbing emerged. Running one truck and doing all the service work himself, Kevin locked in a reputation for excellence and quality work. His customers enjoyed his quiet and informative personality and the word was out to call Arroyo Plumbing! He and his family live locally in Arcadia where he is also very involved in the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce.
Eric Willm – General Manager
In 1992 Arroyo Plumbing had the opportunity to expand into construction plumbing. This was a direct cause of hiring Eric Willm who had the knowledge and insight for the “rough” side of plumbing. He assisted Kevin in building what has become a well known construction plumbing business as well as being able to service those same customers after a new home is completed or remodel work completed. Eric has worked in construction plumbing for over 25 years and brings total customer satisfaction along with his attention to details. Eric manages all aspects of sales and estimating. He works closely with each customer or contractor. He and his family live locally in Arcadia where he is also very involved in community service.
Lona Ferrari – Office Manager / Accounts Receivable
Lona supervises all aspects of the office operations, daily bookkeeping and human resources as well as customer service.
Mary Ann Dovalina – Dispatcher / Office Assistant
MaryAnn handles all service order requests and service & finish scheduling.
